CEO ANNE KIMAN WANGECH
Founder & Executive Director
A visionary leader committed to African renaissance, youth empowerment, and sustainable community development across the continent.
A Community Benefit Company built on purpose, driven by impact, and rooted in the heart of Rwanda and Africa.
H.H The Lion of Judah CBC was established with a singular, powerful vision: to be a catalyst for lasting transformation in Rwanda and across Africa. We believe that every community, no matter its circumstances, holds the seeds of its own greatness.
We were founded as a Community Benefit Company — a legal structure that anchors our commitment to public benefit above private profit. Every surplus generated is reinvested into our social mission, ensuring that our work is always driven by impact, not earnings.
From youth empowerment to diaspora reintegration, from Africa Renaissance Initiatives to legal and social support, our programs address the full spectrum of community needs with professionalism, compassion, and innovation.
Today, we stand as a growing force for good — a trusted partner to communities, governments, and development organizations committed to building a better Africa.
“The Lion of Judah represents strength, courage, and unwavering commitment to justice. These are the values we bring to every community we serve.”

Our Community Benefit Company model provides the legal foundation for accountable, mission-driven work that communities and partners can trust.
We are registered as a Community Benefit Company (CBC), a social enterprise model that legally binds our operations to serve the public good rather than private shareholders.
Our articles of association define clear public benefit objectives — every activity we undertake must advance community welfare, education, economic empowerment, or social development.
Profits and surpluses are never distributed to members or shareholders. All income is reinvested directly into achieving our social mission — ensuring integrity and sustainability.
We combine the best of business discipline with the heart of a nonprofit — delivering programs efficiently, measuring impact rigorously, and scaling what works.
Our work is grounded in internationally recognized frameworks and national development priorities.
Sustainable Development Goals We Support
Our programs directly support Rwanda's long-term development goals around human capital development, innovation, and inclusive growth.
We align with Rwanda's National Youth Policy by delivering programs that empower young people to become productive citizens and entrepreneurs.
Our diaspora reintegration work supports the government's strategy to leverage diaspora skills, knowledge, and investment for national development.
We are inspired by the AU's vision of an integrated, prosperous, and peaceful Africa — championing youth leadership and innovation at every step.

Partner with us. Volunteer with us. Support our mission. Every contribution — big or small — creates ripples of change across communities in Rwanda and beyond.
